Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations or revisions must be submitted in writing by email to registration@housing.ubc.ca. Cancellations received on or before March 6, 2025 receive a full refund minus a $35 administration fee. Cancellations received between March 6 and April 7, 2025 will be refunded at 75% plus a $35 administrative fee. Cancellations received between April 8 and May 8, 2025 will be refunded at 50% plus a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 8, 2025.
Apply to the Equity Fund
Those with restricted financial means who plan to present at the conference can contact us at idieri.2025@ubc.ca by January 15, 2025 to request a short form to apply for reduced registration. Our committee will review all requests and adjudicate where to allocate funds based on financial need and upholding equity, diversity, and inclusion. Notifications of any reductions in fees (as a reimbursement to paid fees) will happen in May, 2025 when we know the amount of funds have been allocated to the Equity Fund by contributors.
